The Strength Of Sherlock Lies In Its People.
Across Children’s Homes and Pathways, our team brings together experience from care, education and therapeutic practice, working as one to support young people with complex needs, driven by a shared belief that they deserve better than fragmented systems and a commitment to consistent, structured support that moves them forward.
"People who care."

Children’s Homes Team
Our homes are built around stability, relationships and therapeutic care.

This ensures strong leadership on-site, with consistent support for young people day to day. The focus is on building trust, creating stability and maintaining high standards across every home.

Sherlock Pathways (The Hub)
Pathways is structured to deliver both flexibility and consistency.

This is supported by education and therapeutic input to ensure each young person's pathway aligns with both their learning and emotional needs. Staffing ratios are intentionally low and adaptable, allowing for more personalised support.

Our Culture & Values
Sherlock is both relational and structured, prioritising strong relationships supported by clear systems that ensure consistency and accountability, with teams working together around the young person to keep support aligned across care, education and development.
