Founder

Hilton founded Sherlock after working within mental health services and seeing how fragmented systems were failing young people. Sherlock was built to create a more connected pathway between care, education and support.

Sherlock Pathways (The Hub)

Pathways is structured to deliver both flexibility and consistency.

Hub Lead
Overseeing delivery, quality and local authority relationships
Lead Practitioners
Responsible for specific pathways
Expert delivery leads who design and run individual pathway programmes, ensuring quality and consistency.
Support Practitioners
Delivering day-to-day engagement and learning

This is supported by education and therapeutic input to ensure each young person's pathway aligns with both their learning and emotional needs. Staffing ratios are intentionally low and adaptable, allowing for more personalised support.
